These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AnalyzeMyTrades. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.

2. Description of Service

AnalyzeMyTrades is an AI-powered trading log analysis service that:

• Processes trading log files (CSV or Excel format) uploaded by users
• Provides a free preview analysis of the first 3 trades
• Generates comprehensive AI-powered trading analysis reports for a one-time fee
• Delivers PDF reports containing performance statistics, insights, and recommendations
• Automatically deletes all user data within 10 minutes after report delivery

Our Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will use the Service only for lawful purposes
• You will not use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful

4. User Obligations

4.1 File Upload Requirements

When uploading trading log files, you agree to:

• Upload only files that you own or have the legal right to process
• Ensure files are in CSV or Excel format
• Not upload files containing malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Not upload files exceeding reasonable size limits
• Ensure file content is accurate and represents actual trading data

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service or reports generated
• Use the Service to generate reports for third parties without authorization
• Upload files containing sensitive personal information of others without consent

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

Our Service operates on a pay-per-report model:

• Free Preview: Analysis of the first 3 trades is provided free of charge
• Full Report: Complete analysis of all trades costs $7.00 USD (one-time payment)
• All prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store or have access to your payment card details.

5.3 Refund Policy

Due to the instant, digital nature of our Service, purchases are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

• Delivery Failure: If you do not receive your report after successful payment, contact us within 7 days for a full refund
• Service Error: If our Service fails to process your file due to a technical error on our part, you may be eligible for a refund

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

• Dissatisfaction with analysis quality or content
• User error (incorrect file format, wrong file uploaded, etc.)
• Change of mind after receiving the report
• Failure to download the report within the 10-minute window
• Any reason other than delivery failure or service error

To request a refund, contact us at help@analyzemytrades.com with your payment transaction ID and a description of the issue.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Service Ownership

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and the compilation thereof, are owned by AnalyzeMyTrades or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the trading data and files you upload. By uploading files, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Process your files to generate analysis reports
• Use your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service
• Store your data temporarily (for up to 10 minutes) as necessary to deliver the Service

This license terminates automatically when your data is deleted (within 10 minutes of report delivery).

6.3 Generated Reports

Reports generated by our Service are provided to you for your personal use. You may use, download, and share these reports as you see fit. However, you may not:

• Resell or redistribute reports for commercial purposes
• Claim ownership of the AI analysis methodology or algorithms
• Remove copyright notices or attribution from reports

7.1 Service Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of analysis

7.2 Trading Advice Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: The analysis and recommendations provided by our Service are for informational and educational purposes only. They do NOT constitute:

• Financial advice
• Investment recommendations
• Trading signals
• Guarantees of future performance

Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should consult with qualified financial advisors before making any trading decisions. We are not responsible for any trading losses or decisions made based on our analysis.

7.3 AI Analysis Disclaimer

Our Service uses artificial intelligence (AI) to generate analysis. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or limitations. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy of AI-generated insights
• The completeness of analysis
• That all patterns or trends will be identified
• That recommendations will be suitable for your specific situation

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANALYZEMYTRADES AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Trading losses or financial damages resulting from use of our analysis
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in analysis or reports
• Service interruptions, delays, or failures
• Data loss or corruption
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the Service ($7.00 USD)

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AnalyzeMyTrades and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Your infringement of any third-party rights
• Content you upload or submit through the Service

10. Data and Privacy

• Uninterrupted or error-free service

• Perform maintenance that may temporarily interrupt service
• Limit access to the Service for security or operational reasons
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
