AnalyzeMyTrades operates on a pay-per-report model where users pay a one-time fee of $7.00 USD to receive a comprehensive AI-powered trading analysis report. Due to the instant, digital nature of our Service, purchases are generally non-refundable.
However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds may be available and how to request one.
2. General Refund Policy
Standard Policy: All purchases are final. Once you have paid for and received your report, the transaction is complete and non-refundable.
This policy applies because:
- Our Service delivers digital products instantly upon payment
- Reports are generated immediately and cannot be "returned"
- The Service is provided on a one-time payment basis with no recurring charges
- You receive a free preview of the first 3 trades before making a purchase decision
3. When Refunds Are Available
Refunds may be granted only in the following exceptional circumstances:
3.1 Delivery Failure
If you do not receive your report after successful payment, you may be eligible for a full refund. This includes situations where:
- Payment was processed successfully but no report was generated
- Report generation failed due to a technical error on our part
- You were unable to download the report due to a system error

Time Limit: Refund requests for delivery failure must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date.
3.2 Service Error
If our Service fails to process your file due to a technical error on our part, you may be eligible for a refund. This includes:
- System crashes or server errors preventing report generation
- Critical bugs in our software that prevent proper analysis
- Service outages that prevent you from accessing your report
Note: User errors (incorrect file format, corrupted uploads, etc.) do not qualify as service errors.
3.3 Duplicate Charges
If you were charged multiple times for a single report due to a payment processing error, we will refund all duplicate charges.
4. When Refunds Are NOT Available
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following circumstances:
- Dissatisfaction with Analysis: If you are not satisfied with the quality, content, or insights provided in the analysis
- User Error: If you uploaded the wrong file, incorrect file format, or corrupted data
- Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the report after receiving it
- Download Window: If you failed to download the report within the 10-minute window before automatic deletion
- File Format Issues: If your file format is not supported or contains errors
- Data Quality: If your trading data is incomplete, inaccurate, or improperly formatted
- AI Analysis Limitations: If the AI analysis did not identify specific patterns or insights you expected
- Personal Circumstances: Financial hardship, change in trading strategy, or other personal reasons
- Third-Party Issues: Problems with your internet connection, browser, or device
- Delayed Requests: Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after payment
5. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the circumstances described above, please follow these steps:

6. Refund Processing

- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used
- You will receive the full amount paid ($7.00 USD)

Refunds are processed through Stripe, our payment processor. While we process refunds within 5-10 business days, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or credit card company's processing times.
6.3 Denial

Before making a purchase, we provide a free preview of the first 3 trades from your uploaded file. This preview allows you to:
- See the quality and style of our AI analysis
- Understand what insights you will receive
- Make an informed decision before purchasing
- Verify that your file format is compatible
We encourage all users to review the free preview before purchasing the full report. This helps ensure satisfaction and reduces the need for refunds.
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may have the right to dispute the charge with your payment provider (bank or credit card company). However, we ask that you:
- Contact us first to attempt to resolve the issue
- Provide us with an opportunity to address your concerns
- Work with us in good faith before initiating a chargeback
