When you upload a trading log file (CSV or Excel format), we temporarily process the following information:

• Trade data from your uploaded file (dates, symbols, entry/exit prices, quantities, P&L, etc.)
• File metadata (file name, size, format)

Important: This data is processed in memory only and is automatically deleted within 10 minutes after report generation. We do not store your trading data on our servers.

2.2 Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment card details, billing address, or other payment information. Stripe processes all payments according to their own privacy policy and security standards.

2.3 Technical Information

When you use our service, we may automatically collect certain technical information:

• IP address (for rate limiting and security purposes)
• Browser type and version
• Device information
• Usage patterns (for service improvement)

This information is used solely for security, rate limiting, and service improvement purposes. We do not use this information to identify individual users.

2.4 Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect:

4. Data Processing and Storage

4.1 Processing Location

Your trading data is processed on our servers (hosted on Vercel) and sent to OpenAI for AI analysis. Both services are located in the United States and may process data in other jurisdictions as part of their global infrastructure.

4.2 Data Retention and Deletion

Our core privacy principle is immediate deletion:

• Trading Data (CSV/Excel files): Deleted within 10 minutes after report generation
• AI Analysis Output: Deleted immediately after delivery to you
• PDF Reports: Deleted within 10 minutes after download
• Payment Information: Never stored by us (handled by Stripe)

All data is stored in temporary memory only and is automatically deleted. We do not maintain databases of user trading data.

4.3 OpenAI Data Processing

When you request a full report, your trading data is sent to OpenAI's API for AI analysis. OpenAI processes this data according to their privacy policy. We send only the minimum data necessary for analysis. OpenAI may retain data according to their policies, but we do not control OpenAI's data retention practices.

5. Third-Party Services

5.1 Stripe

We use Stripe for payment processing. When you make a payment, Stripe collects and processes your payment information according to their privacy policy. We do not have access to your full payment card details.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to know what data we process about you. However, since we do not store your trading data, there is typically no data to access after the 10-minute deletion period.

7.2 Right to Deletion

Your data is automatically deleted within 10 minutes. If you believe we may still have your data, you can contact us to request immediate deletion.

7.3 Right to Data Portability

Since we do not store your data, there is typically no data to export. However, you always have your original CSV file and the generated PDF report.

7.4 Right to Object

You can object to processing by simply not using our service. Since we do not require accounts, you can stop using the service at any time.

7.5 GDPR Rights (EU Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
